The following "Return & Refund Policy" applies to products purchased from POWLAND.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Once you email us to initiate a return, we will respond within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required when submitting a return request.
Shipping Cost
The return shipping cost will be borne either by POWLAND or the customer, depending on the circumstances outlined below.
1.When POWLAND Pays for Return Shipping
POWLAND will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part.
Examples of such instances include:
· The item arrived defective and cannot be resolved with a replacement part.
· The wrong item was shipped.
· The item was shipped to the wrong address.
· A duplicate order was shipped.
· The item malfunctioned within the 30-day return period (provided the customer installed and operated the item properly in accordance with the product manual).
IMPORTANT
For items that arrive damaged or defective, the customer must provide video or photographic evidence to support the claim. If a customer refuses or fails to provide such evidence for a claimed malfunction or damage, the return will be treated as a case of "buyer’s remorse," and the customer will be solely responsible for the return shipping costs.
If a customer claims an item is defective or damaged, proof must be provided prior to the return, with no exceptions.
If the return relates to a damaged or defective item that can be resolved with simple parts and support, we may offer free replacement parts and guidance on how to repair the item, should the customer find this to be a more convenient option—thereby avoiding the need to return a large or bulky item.
Once we receive the approved returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
2. When the Customer Pays for Return Shipping
If a return is due to customer error, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees vary by region.
In such cases, POWLAND may provide a prepaid return shipping label, with the cost deducted from the refund. Alternatively, we will provide a return address for the customer to arrange the return independently.
After the 30-day return period has expired, customers may refer to the POWLAND Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is found to be faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the POWLAND Warranty Policy for further details.

The customer is expected to assist in completing any necessary product testing, and upon confirmation by both parties that the product is indeed defective, a refund will be issued.

POWLAND typically ships orders within 1–2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours of cancellation.
If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, the customer must personally refuse the package upon delivery. A refund will be processed within 3 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
