POWLAND's warehouses are located in Poland and Germany within the European Union.
Shipping Destinations
· We currently deliver exclusively within the European Union.
· All orders are shipped from our local warehouses in Poland and Germany.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping applies to all products.
Shipping Times
· Order Processing Time: Order processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding pre-sale products).
· Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 2–7 business days for delivery. In most cases, orders will arrive within 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on stock availability and your location.
Note: Shipments may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or shipping strikes. During peak holiday periods, processing times may be longer than usual. Should any delays occur, we will notify you in advance.
Shipping Providers

Order Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, order status, and package tracking numbers for items that have been shipped. You may track your items on the carrier’s official website 24 hours a day.
